Hello, I did not create a structure (object) to not have so
many objects, then I made a window structure (wstr_datos).
The problem is I can not access it from any part of the
window ..?! At other times I have done but I can not
remember how. please someone can help me ..? Thanks

You also have to declare it as an instance variable like this:

wstr_datos istr_datos


Then you can refer to it as istr_datos in any script in the window.
