We're testing iAnywhere for our bank and need to demo a
remote mobile wipe. I can't find the procedure anywhere.
I'm running both Windows-based smartphones and iPhones.
Can anyone point me to the correct procedure for this?

first a few words of warning:
The device wipe is meant to be used on lost or stolen devices. We try to
"take care" of the data as good as possible once the wipe command
arrives on the device. Depending on the device type the wipe has
different effects, but in any case the MobileOffice data on the device
will be lost.
Especially WindowsMobile devices often do not recover easily from the
kill pill. Some reports indicate that the device was sent back to the
vendor for reactiviation.
Do read the documentation and especially read the warnings.
I do use the WM Emulator to show the kill pill. But do not map any
drives or directories into the Emulator. They are mapped as a SD memory
card. And MobileOffice does also wipe data on the memory card (which
just may be our hard disk if you mapped C:\)
You can download the Emulator from Microsoft.
USE KILL PILL
You can right click on the user/device in the iMO Admin. You will find
the option there.
Have fun with MobileOffice,
